This study examined the reliability and validity of tools used to assess swallowing in children with Cerebral Palsy. The findings showed that the Penetration–Aspiration Scale (PAS) is reliable for pediatric swallowing assessment, while the Eisenhuber Residue Scale requires further standardization. The EDACS classification showed only limited agreement with instrumental swallowing measures and should not be used alone to assess swallowing safety.
