This research examined the factors that support a sustainable solution for economic contribution of Work integration social enterprises (WISEs). The findings suggest that there is a segment of customers that have positive valuation for the social and business aspects of such organization. Analyzing customers’ perceptions, preference and choice revealed a tradeoff between price and quality such that customers are willing to pay a higher price but compromise on quality.
